NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING

ULTRASONIC TESTING (UT)

Using high-frequency sound waves to  penetrate materials, detect internal defects  or wall thickness issues, and provide  high-resolution results.

PENETRANT TESTING (PT)

Applying penetrable fluorescent liquid to the  surface of valves to detect and mark any  existing defects, followed by excess liquid  removal.

MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING (MT)

The surface of the valve is coated with  magnetic powder, and when there are  cracks or magnetic defects, the powder  will gather in these places, visualizing the  problem point.

Verifying the appearance  of raw materials, including  surface quality and visible  damage, to ensure their  quality and suitability.

 RADIOGRAPHIC TESTING (RT)

Using X-rays or gamma rays to penetrate materials, detecting internal defects like cracks or bubbles.
